Non-degree students not formerly admitted to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign are eligible to enroll in 2023-2024 Winter Session online classes through the Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning (CITL). This category also includes online degree-seeking students who have previously enrolled in classes through CITL.
