The Department of Business Administration and the Charles H. Sandage Department of Advertising now offers a 9-credit-hour Insights Certificate in Strategic Brand Communication.  Students earn this certificate by completing three courses that introduce concepts of consumer research, present qualitative and quantitative methods to understand consumer response and demonstrate how to measure effectiveness of various promotional strategies and campaign effectiveness. Courses included in this certificate include:

SBC 506 – Measurement and Evaluation
